If you are buying a home, you will never have a problem scheduling a showing because of another appointment I may have. My team is sent a message asking who is available to show you the property. If you are selling a home, I have a full-time assistant that takes care of all administrative work, so you will always be able to reach me with extremely fast response times both morning and night, 7 days a week.
