After having our home listed with a previous agent whose only strategy seemed to be "lower the price" we interviewed a number of people and hired James. He had a number of excellent marketing ideas and assured us that he would continue to aggressively market the house from day one until it sold, which he did. The sale turned out to be a difficult one because of the intransigence of the buyer and the lack of professionalism and responsiveness by the buyer's agent, yet James was diligent and professional. He continued to follow up to get feedback and to make the deal happen. Despite our frustration with the buyer, James was a calming influence and never lost his cool or was unprofessional. There was not a single thing that he was not on top of. He is a true professional who made this deal happen when other agents might have let it fall apart. We very highly recommend him. My entire family has bought and sold multiple homes with James and he comes through every single time.
